Tickets are eligible for a refund only if they have been paid for using one of the following transaction modes: Cash, Check, SADAD, SPAN, VISA, or MasterCard.

4. Once you entered the details then click the button “New Request (fees apply)”

5. Before proceeding with the cancellation, carefully read the terms and conditions associated with the process. Pay attention to any applicable fees.

6. If your ticket type incurs any cancellation fees, you may be asked to provide payment information to complete the cancellation process.
